Again! members of PM4H team participated in the VI Hackaton Salud in the Grünenthal challenge for Voice in chronic pain and won!!!
Continuing with the work developed in the Emergency Department of the Hospital General Universitario de Valencia (HGUV), Angeles Celda nurse in the ED of the same hospital, Dolores López anesthesiologist and pain expert also in the HGUV, together with Carlos Fernandez-Llatas and Gema Ibanez-Sanchez, composed PAINKEY team.
The GRÜNENTHAL Voice in Chronic Pain Challenge is aimed at finding digital solutions based on voice (voice assistants) to improve the care and quality of life of patients with chronic pain. All kinds of innovative digital initiatives may be presented in the fields of digital health, applications, video games, medical devices, Big Data systems, etc. that meet the objective of the challenge. The detailed requirements of the challenge will be defined by healthcare professionals and patients prior to the Hackathon. The proposition combined process mining and a mobile application in emergency departments with the aim of identifying, typifying, and managing patients with pain in an agile way.
